Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks focusing on 2026+ technological and societal trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Produce evidence-based trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into innovation pipelines
- Establish global thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and industry panels
- Quantify future market opportunities using predictive modeling and scenario planning tools
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, backcasting)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
