You'll pioneer our '2026 Vision' framework – a dynamic roadmap navigating AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence, and sustainable futures.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts through 2030+
- Develop and maintain the '2026 Vision' strategic roadmap with quarterly refresh cycles
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to align innovation pipelines with future market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development
- Author thought leadership publications on industry disruption scenarios
- Advise on ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or technology foresight roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
