Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026+ technology and societal trend forecasts
- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Conduct primary research through expert interviews and data analysis
- Present findings to executive teams and investor forums
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of publishing trend forecasts or scenario plans
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Masters degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight work (publications, speeches, projects)
