Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops for 5-year market evolution
- Author executive-level trend reports on AI ethics, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight into actionable innovation pipelines
- Present strategic vision to board members and Fortune 500 partners
- Establish competitive intelligence systems for emerging technology disruptions
- Mentor junior futurists and curate industry foresight communities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports with measurable business impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi method, and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for C-level audiences
- Experience with foresight platforms like Gartner Hype Cycle or Futures Platform
- Portfolio of 3+ published trend analyses or scenario-planning projects
