Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology and societal trend forecasts using quantitative analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum computing and neuro-interfaces
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating AI ethics, climate resilience, and decentralized systems
- Present visionary frameworks to executive leadership and investor boards with compelling data narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government labs to accelerate R&D pipelines
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts in horizon scanning and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and technology impact assessment frameworks
