Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Establish foresight frameworks to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
- Build and nurture an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Monitor horizon-scanning KPIs and adjust strategies based on emerging signals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Future Studies, or equivalent PhD with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing multi-decade strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into actionable narratives for diverse audiences
