Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops with global stakeholders to identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports influencing R&D priorities and investment decisions
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into current development cycles
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints focused on 2026 market readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D planning
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, nanotech)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into enterprise value
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
