Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology and market foresight framework
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive stakeholders
- Identify emerging tech disruptions and strategic opportunities
- Design innovation pipelines for next-gen products/services
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Publish thought leadership on future trends
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation
- Expertise in technology forecasting and trend analysis
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills
- Experience with AI/quantum computing/blockchain ecosystems
- Published author or speaker at futurism conferences
