Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to map 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into executable plans
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership on transformative technologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions addressing 2026's most critical challenges
- Advise executive leadership on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity capture
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or strategic foresight projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) strongly preferred
