Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to map 3-5 year strategic pathways
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 business resilience and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and competitive intelligence reports
- Establish KPIs to measure organizational adaptation to emerging futures
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into innovation pipelines
- Represent the company at global futurism and technology conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful long-term strategic implementations
- Deep understanding of ESG frameworks and sustainable futures modeling
