Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead executive workshops on disruptive technologies and their business implications
- Translate future insights into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author white papers and thought leadership content positioning our company as a future-shaping force
- Quantify future opportunities through market modeling and risk assessment methodologies
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial success
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical and social concepts
- Experience leading high-stakes stakeholder initiatives across global markets
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS preferred)
