Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, socio-economic, and environmental trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for innovation adoption and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable roadmaps
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Author thought leadership content on emerging paradigms
- Monitor horizon-scanning technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with futures modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating futures projects with measurable outcomes
