Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging global trends, technological breakthroughs, and societal shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise resilience and growth in volatile environments
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development and strategic initiatives
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and influence industry conversations via whitepapers and keynotes
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate next-generation startups and disruptive technologies
- Build quantitative models to assess future market risks and opportunities across 15+ industries
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of innovation within the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies that generated measurable ROI
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences and industry conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-focused initiatives
