Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Produce actionable intelligence reports on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Design strategic roadmaps for future-proofing business operations and product development
- Facilitate executive workshops to align leadership on future scenarios and strategic pivots
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating sustainability, regulatory shifts, and geopolitical factors
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for tracking strategic trajectory accuracy
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Deep understanding of disruptive technologies and their commercial applications
- Certification in strategic planning or futures studies preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
