- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Monitor horizon scanning and competitive intelligence to maintain strategic foresight edge
- Author thought leadership publications and industry presentations on future trends
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field with 7+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Strong network within futurist, innovation strategy, and technology foresight communities
