Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ horizon using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies, market shifts, and socio-cultural disruptors
- Create compelling visualizations and narratives to communicate future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight insights into product development roadmaps
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for strategic initiatives tracking long-term impact
- Author thought leadership publications and deliver keynote presentations at industry forums
- Maintain proprietary foresight database with real-time updates on global innovation signals
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Business Innovation, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation with demonstrable 2020+ horizon planning experience
- Expertise in scenario development, trend analysis, and systemic thinking frameworks
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with proven track record of translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and presenting to C-level audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal transformation drivers
