Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptors to build 2026+ strategic frameworks for enterprise clients
- Develop scenario-planning models quantifying technological, regulatory, and social impacts on business operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops with VPs and directors to translate foresight into actionable roadmaps
- Author quarterly 'Future Pulse' reports synthesizing complex data into executive-level insights
- Design innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions for market readiness by 2026
- Establish KPIs tracking strategic adoption and ROI of future-oriented initiatives
- Maintain proprietary foresight database tracking 500+ emerging technologies and societal shifts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related quantitative field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives implemented 3+ years post-forecasting
- Experience working with Fortune 500 executives in C-suite advisory roles
