Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify paradigm-shifting trends affecting 2026+ markets
- Develop and maintain a proprietary future-state scenario modeling framework
- Lead innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners to co-create next-gen solutions
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive boards and investor groups
- Oversee implementation of emerging technologies in pilot programs
- Author thought leadership publications on societal transformation
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Ability to translate abstract trends into actionable business strategies
