Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles with demonstrable impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable systems) and trend analysis
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, scenario planning)
- Portfolio of successful innovation projects or published futurist research
- Track record of driving organizational change through strategic foresight
