Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, biotech
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- PhD or Master's in Technology, Innovation, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
