- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating 2026+ market opportunities into actionable business models
- Develop proprietary scenario-platter methodologies for C-level clients across finance, healthcare, and tech sectors
- Build and manage a global network of futurist practitioners and academic researchers
- Create executive-level strategic narratives that anticipate disruption in quantum computing, biotech, and climate resilience
- Mentor junior strategists in systems thinking and probabilistic forecasting techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of delivering C-suite foresight projects for global enterprises
- Expertise in scenario planning, SWOT analysis, and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Trendalyzer) and data visualization tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into executable strategies
