Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year strategic innovation roadmap aligned with emerging global trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with $10B+ market potential
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future insights into corporate strategy
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present foresight frameworks to investors and board members
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping of futuristic concepts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning with 3+ in foresight or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least one market-disruptive product/service
- Expertise in technology adoption lifecycle models and diffusion theory
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Experience with strategic roadmapping tools (e.g., Trello, Miro, Lucidchart)
