- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives across global enterprises
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on emerging technology impacts
- Manage innovation pipeline with 50+ R&D partners in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at premier industry conferences and policy forums
- Mentor junior futurists while establishing new foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight or innovation journals
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AGI, synthetic biology, quantum applications
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Experience with Delphi methodology and cross-cultural trend analysis
- Strong network with academic and industry futurist communities
