- Produce thought leadership reports on emerging societal trends
- Build strategic partnerships with academic research institutions
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation analysts
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record of delivering C-level strategic recommendations
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and system dynamics modeling
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal shifts
- Experience with Delphi methodology, SWOT-PESTEL analysis, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
