- Conduct horizon scanning across global markets to identify disruptive opportunities
- Author thought leadership reports on future-of-industry transformations
- Drive cultural adoption of innovation methodologies across 15+ departments
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Executive-level presentation skills with 50+ keynotes delivered
- Published author in futures/innovation thought leadership
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
