Responsibilities
- Forecast industry and societal trends through 2026+ using quantitative and qualitative research
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive innovations
- Advise executive team on risk mitigation and opportunity capture
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (AI, IoT, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience facilitating C-level strategy sessions
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Trendalyzer, Foresight Platform)
