Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to inform strategic planning
- Develop scenario-based models for 2026+ market landscapes and competitive shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and business leaders
- Author compelling foresight reports and executive briefings
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing domains
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience leading workshops with executive audiences
- Track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
