Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech domains
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps with measurable innovation KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough initiatives
- Partner with academic institutions and startups to build innovation pipelines
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members
- Design and implement foresight frameworks across organizational departments
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technology disruption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities for executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
