Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on future market disruptions
- Design prototype concepts for next-generation human-machine interfaces
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and sustainability impact metrics
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify breakthrough startups
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work transformations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at Fortune 500 level
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and disruptive business models
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Certification in scenario planning (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience with AI ethics frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
