Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ innovation roadmaps through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D initiatives
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing into development lifecycles
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 benchmarks
- Curate thought leadership content at industry conferences and publish white papers
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI/ML, blockchain, biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning, SWOT analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Strong presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CPSI, CEM) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable impact
