Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global trends across technology, markets, and societal shifts through quantitative research and qualitative foresight
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps for 2026+ aligned with company vision and market disruption
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops with executive leadership and R&D teams
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into next-generation offerings
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present visionary insights through compelling narratives to stakeholders and investors
- Lead incubation initiatives for moonshot projects with exponential potential
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in innovation strategy, corporate foresight, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives or foresight projects
- Experience in high-growth tech or Fortune 500 environment preferred
