Responsibilities
- Lead foresight initiatives to identify and validate disruptive trends impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Facilitate executive workshops translating complex futures into executable innovation roadmaps
- Build proprietary trend-sensing models using AI, data analytics, and ethnographic research
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members through compelling narratives
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI on future-prepping initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and their societal impacts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into stakeholder action
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
