Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech) for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products and services
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite and key stakeholders
- Build and manage an innovation incubator program
- Publish thought leadership in future studies publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or tech foresight
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategy, or related field
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio of published future-oriented research or projects
