Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce executive-grade trend reports on disruptive technologies and market disruptors
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight insights into product roadmaps
- Facilitate C-level strategy workshops on long-term competitive positioning
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist thought leaders and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS preferred)
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal megatrends
- Experience with horizon scanning and weak signal detection
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
