Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with corporate vision and emerging opportunities
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership on future business models
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future-ready technologies into product pipelines
- Monitor competitor ecosystems and disruptor startups for early-mover advantage
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future of work, AI ethics, and climate resilience
- Advise C-suite on long-term risk mitigation and market positioning strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruptive technology assessment
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executable strategies
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and strategic roadmapping frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation strategy implementations
