Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging technology trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI, quantum, and biotech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for 2026+ market disruptions
- Secure and manage $5M+ annual innovation budgets for strategic initiatives
- Pioneer industry partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and research institutions
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators in our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech sector
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technologies (Harvard Business Review/MIT Review)
- Track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful exits)
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology ecosystems
- Experience leading global innovation teams across multiple continents
- Proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
