Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and market trends to forecast industry shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for innovation initiatives across AI, biotech, and sustainable tech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business plans
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into product development lifecycles
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting complex future concepts to C-level audiences
