Your work will directly shape product roadmaps, investment strategies, and organizational transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 clients across AI, quantum computing, and bio-integration domains.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients navigating exponential change
- Produce trend intelligence reports synthesizing data from 50+ global innovation signals
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce evolution
- Architect innovation pipelines integrating quantum, neurotech, and climate adaptation technologies
- Represent the firm at Davos-level forums and publish thought leadership in top-tier journals
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures literacy and exponential thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing commercialized futures-based solutions (portfolio required)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and exponential technology assessment
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent (e.g., AC/SCIP credentials)
- Deep understanding of AI governance, ethical frameworks, and responsible innovation
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with proficiency in futures visualization tools
- PhD or Masters in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures or technology journals
