Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2030
- Develop quantitative and qualitative future scenarios using AI-driven modeling and human-centered research
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into innovation roadmaps
- Author strategic briefs and presentations for executive board on future-proofing business models
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to access cutting-edge research
- Monitor geopolitical and macroeconomic indicators affecting long-term strategic planning
- Design organizational frameworks for agile adaptation to exponential change
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years experience in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or corporate futurism
- Proficiency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi technique)
- Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML, biotechnology, or quantum computing domains
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, whitepapers)
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner, Futures Platform)
