- Produce trend reports and innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year projections
- Advocate for ethical innovation practices and sustainable tech adoption
- Manage a portfolio of pilot projects validating futuristic concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Published thought leadership on future technologies (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
