Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, social, and economic trends to forecast 2026+ market disruptions and opportunities
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-gen products and services
- Present compelling future scenarios to stakeholders and guide strategic decision-making
- Build and nurture an ecosystem of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Author white papers and thought leadership on emerging technologies and societal impacts
- Oversee the incubation of moonshot projects with $50M+ innovation budget
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or scale-ups
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum systems, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial innovations
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or relevant STEM field
- Published thought leader with 50+ speaking engagements at global forums
- Experience managing distributed innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFrA) preferred
