Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product innovation
- Author executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs for innovation pipeline maturity
- Present strategic insights to Fortune 500 stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Proven track record of implementing innovation roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CIMP) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
