Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for disruptive technologies, market shifts, and socioeconomic trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and maintain a dynamic foresight framework with quarterly trend briefings and scenario modeling
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with 10-year strategic vision, incorporating AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype future-state solutions and validate market readiness
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through data-driven storytelling
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to co-create future-ready ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains (AGI, neurotech, climate engineering, decentralized systems)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executable business strategies
