Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize emerging technological, societal, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop future-ready innovation frameworks and strategic roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing prototype development and pilot programs for next-gen solutions
- Present compelling future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry disruptors, academic partners, and innovation hubs

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in corporate innovation, strategic planning, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, etc.
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
