Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with C-suite executives to align strategic initiatives with long-term market evolution
- Establish global thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and industry conference keynotes
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on 5-10 year horizon technologies
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive forces including climate resilience and ethical AI
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurism with portfolio of implemented future-tech projects
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing and scaling innovation frameworks in Fortune 500 environments
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex interdependencies across domains
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., from WFS or similar institution)
- Published author or keynote speaker on emerging technology trends
