- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with venture-style decision-making
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on research initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech
- Published author or keynote speaker at Davos/WEF events
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-disrupting strategies implemented
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods)
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks
- Track record scaling innovation programs from concept to commercialization
