Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, societal shifts, and market disruptions to map 3-5 year strategic horizons
- Develop forward-looking innovation frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof products and services
- Author high-impact trend reports and thought leadership content for industry forums
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions aligned with 2026+ visions
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight into actionable business roadmaps with measurable KPIs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in corporate innovation, strategy consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, talks)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies preferred
