- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for board-level decisions
- Build and manage a global network of innovation scouts and academic partners
- Translate foresight into measurable KPIs for product development teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data visualization skills
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and presenting to C-suite audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging tech landscapes and regulatory implications
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
