- Partner with C-suite to align organizational vision with emerging paradigm shifts
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry forums
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and tech pioneers
- Quantify ROI of innovation initiatives through scenario modeling and risk assessment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching products based on trend analysis (portfolio required)
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or circular economy frameworks
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech or business futurism
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, custom AI models)
