Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends and market signals to forecast 2026+ industry disruptions
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for next-gen product development
- Lead horizon scanning workshops with C-suite executives and R&D teams
- Translate complex foresight insights into compelling stakeholder narratives
- Identify and evaluate high-potential investment opportunities in emerging markets
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Produce annual innovation forecasts and trend reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or tech consulting
- Proven track record of trend analysis and scenario planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, biotech, quantum, AR/VR)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities
- Experience facilitating executive-level strategic workshops
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies
